About Me! Who Am I?

Hey there, I’m Heather! I’m a busy wife, mom to two handsome boys, certified nutrition coach and founder of both the Better Body Composition and the 4-Week Metabolic Kickstart Programs. I teach women the simple steps to balancing their hormones & building a strong, healthy metabolism so that they can get fit & healthy without restrictive eating practices. 

As a woman who struggled her whole life on the yo-yo  roller coaster, I know the frustrations that come with trying everything and never reaching the goal. When I finally found the solution - hormone balance & metabolic flexibility - I knew I had to share the information with other women.
