Hey there, I’m Heather! I’m a busy wife, mom to two handsome boys, certified nutrition coach and founder of the Balance to Thrive System, That Meal Prep Life and the 4-Week Metabolic Kickstart. I teach women the simple steps so that they can get fit & healthy without restrictive eating practices. 

As a woman who struggled her whole life on the yo-yo  roller coaster, I know the struggles of trying to eat healthy meals that appeal to the whole family. That's why I create healthy eating and recipe resources - like this one - to share with women just like you.
