From a young age, I struggled hard with my weight. I know from first hand experience just how frustrating yo-yo dieting can be. How it can make you feel like a failure. How it can create the perception that food is your enemy ... and that your body is somehow broken.

This couldn't be further from the truth. The reality is that each and every woman is fully capable of reaching and maintaining a healthy body weight without struggling on restrictive diets.

Heather is a certified nutrition coach who specializes in teaching women over 35 how to dramatically improve their nutrition, increase their energy levels & transform their bodies ... all without restrictive dieting practices.

Heather has over 30+ years of experience in the dieting and weight loss industry and has overcome her own struggles with obesity by following the same nutrition strategies that she teaches her clients.

Heather is passionate about women's health, wellness and body positivity. When not working with clients, Heather loves nothing better than to curl up with a good book, hang out with her family and watch superhero movies or play with cats.
